Expect Delayed Shipping
Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Outbreak, T-Care has experienced a surge in orders and have run out-of-stock a few times. We do our best to refill our stocks and ship on time and seek your understanding if your shipment is slightly delayed.
If you are awaiting delivery of your order, please note our shipping takes up to 45 days on average to reach our customers, and if your item isn't received in 60 days, you will automatically be refunded in full to the card used to make your order.

Ban on Mask Exports
We would like to clarify that the recent ban on mask exports from Thailand mainly affects 3-ply Surgical Masks.
Washable Masks Exports are not affected by this ban.
